MARCH AIR RESERVE BASE, Calif. --   Brig. Gen. Pamela Milligan, Vice-Commander, 4th Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, March Air Reserve Base, Calif., rode in the 6th annual "Salute to Veterans Parade" in downtown Riverside, Calif., April 16, 2011. General Milligan also served as a member of the reviewing party during the 132-unit parade, which was themed "Honoring Those Who Have Sacrificed" and featured participants from military units from across southern California.
