Maj. Gen. Eric W. Crabtree, Commander, 4th Air Force, and Chief Master Sgt. Patricia A. Thornton, 4th Air Force Command Chief Master Sgt., present a plaque of appreciation to a group of Military Training Instructors following a Commander's Call, Nov. 7, 2010. The instructors are from the 433rd Training Squadron, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, and gave a presentation on proper customs and courtesies, wear of the uniform, and also discussed career opportunities for Reservists to serve as training instructors.
