Winners at the numbered Air Force level who were nominated to compete at the Air Force Reserve Command level are as follows: 4th Air Force Safety Office of the Year -- 916th Air Refueling Wing, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C. 4th Air Force Safety Officer of the Year Award (Primary) -- Lt. Col. Rick Adams, 452nd Air Mobility Wing, March Air Reserve Base, Calif. 4th Air Force Ground Safety NCO of the Year Award (Primary) -- Senior Master Sgt.
