Salute to Veterans Parade

Brig. Gen. "Paws for Wounded Veterans" is an organization that provides service dogs free of charge to those who have been wounded during military service and require the help of an assistance dog. General Milligan was a member of the reviewing party during the 132-unit parade, which was themed "Honoring Those Who Have Sacrificed" and featured participants from military units from across southern California.
