Guam aerial porters pull plane to raise money for charity
Air Force Reservists based at Andersen participated in Saturday's Plane Pull to help raise money for the American Cancer Society. A team of 20 Reservists from the 44th Aerial Port Squadron pulled the Boeing 737 12 feet in 5.81 seconds, the best time out of all the military teams participating in the competition. The Air Force Reserve team tied for 5th overall. The event was held at the Continental Airlines hangar in Tiyan. The 44th APS is part of the 624th Regional Support Group, which is the largest Air Force Reserve presence in the Pacific. (U.S. Air Force photo/Capt. Christy Stravolo)
