Staff Sgt. Sam DeCosta, a 624th Civil Engineer Squadron electrical journeyman, helps out a young man with a project at a dinner held in support of families who have deployed loved ones Feb. 26 at Nellis Chapel, Hickam Air Force Base. Sergeant DeCosta, one of several 624th Regional Support Group members at the dinner, appreciates what families go through during this challenging time having deployed himself.
