Reservists donate stuffed toys to child abuse prevention
Members of the 624th Regional Support Group were treated like visiting celebrities when they brought in their donations of stuffed animals for the 12th Annual Teddy Bear Round-up and Family Resource Fair April 4 at Pearlridge Shopping Center, Aiea, Hawaii. The drive was in support of April Child Abuse Prevention Month. The 42 bears brought by the Air Force Reservists were added to a growing pile in the center of the mall that are destined to go to local children and families who are in crisis and in need of special attention.
