Largest Reserve Group in the Pacific hails new commander
Major General Robert Duignan, 4th Air Force commander, transfers the 624th Regional Support Group guidon to Col. Robert Huston in an assumption of command ceremony held Jan. 10 at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. Colonel Huston's responsibility as commander of the 624th RSG is managing the largest Air Force Reserve presence in the Pacific, which is comprised of five units in Hawaii and Guam. The group provides the combatant commander more than 650 combat-ready Airmen who specialize in aerial port, aeromedical staging and civil engineering operations for worldwide employment.
