U.S. Marines conduct cargo preparation and loading at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in preparation for exercise Patriot Palm, Jan. 27, 2020. The exercise is meant for multiple branches of the military as well as civilian authorities to practice and validate their ability to respond to a disaster, whether natural or man-made.
