Local elementary schools receives 96 iPad tablets from 446th Operations Group
Vicki Lopez, Brigadoon Elementary School principal, (right), and Keven Dickerman, Brigadoon's family liaison representative, conduct an inventory June 8, 2021, of 96 Ipad tablets the school received through the Defense Logistics Agency's Computer for Learning program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. The 446th Operations Group coordinated the transfer of excess equipment to the local school. In 2020 alone, over $2 million in used and excess information technology equipment was donated to schools and non-profit organizations through the CFL program. (U.S. Air.
